Meet Christine Kjeldbjerg!

“I specialise in helping individuals regain their vitality and “joie de vivre” by addressing their digestive and hormonal imbalances using changes that suit their lifestyle. As a busy mum I understand how overwhelming it can be to make changes when trying to juggle a bundle of other things, so I endeavour to keep changes simple and manageable. I also support many clients with autoimmune conditions.
I help my clients discover what works for THEM since many are confused by various messages in the media. After-all, we’re all individuals with differing requirements and this is where Nutritional Therapy comes in.
I speak from experience having helped myself manage hormonal issues using diet and lifestyle changes to become pregnant twice after a diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome, rebalance my body following a diagnosis of Hashimoto's thyroiditis and currently supporting myself through peri-menopause.
My goal is to educate, motivate and support my clients to take control in optimising their health, regain energy to live the life they desire using INDIVIDUALISED dietary and lifestyle changes. As a registered Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer I believe that nurturing the body and mind is essential for living well. I have a masters degree in Personalised Nutrition and over 25 years of experience in physical coaching.
Privately I support and work with The Mimosa Matters Organisation a charity focussed upon educating, preventing and building cancer awareness through raising funds for local cancer associations and individuals.
I offer consultations online or in person in my private clinic. Consultations are in English or Danish. French understanding.”
