Meet Sophie Nielsen, BSc (hons) Psychology and Physiology, MSc Personalised Nutrition, mBANT, rCNHC
« I’m a registered nutritional therapist, and I live in Morzine with my husband and two gorgeous girls. As a family, we love being outdoors, making the most of the beautiful mountains where we live with Digby the dog.
I offer one-to-one consultations to support men and women with chronic health conditions or those wanting to achieve optimum physical and mental health.
I also work with couples wanting to improve their fertility naturally.
I chose to specialise in fertility as so much can be achieved with nutritional therapy to help couples conceive naturally. I really want to help other women gain control of their hormones, optimise their gut health and nutrient status, and support a healthy pregnancy. At the beginning of the year, I signed up to a fertility training programme so that I can refine my skills and become a certified fertility specialist with the @fertility.nutrition.centre. My mentor, Sandra Greenbank, has 12 years’ experience helping hundreds of couples to conceive naturally.
If you are trying to conceive or wanting to optimise your health, please don’t hesitate to contact me for a free discovery call where we can discuss what nutritional therapy can do to help you.
I work from my clinic in Morzine and offer online consultations (in English). »
